I started this challenge at a very low point in my life and used the discipline and structure to get myself focused and pull myself out of depression. I lost 5.5kg and 2% body fat and what I gained was my confidence and enthusiasm for life, AND a gym bag and towel from EAS.

I was pleased with the results of this challenge and ended up in the top 2000 for Body for Life 2002 which was quite a thrill.  A month later I started the challenge that was cut short by my kidney op.
