I am quite often asked for an example of how I ate and what supplements I took during my BFL challenges. Luckily
I was going through a stage of insane dedication to recording everything that passed my lips. The link below takes
you to a table that records exactly what I ate in week 11 of my winning challenge. I lost about 1/2 kg of fat that week.
You will see that I was adding a bit of extra cardio and that my workouts got a little out of synch due to my PT session
which never fit nicely into either Upper or Lower body day. I also demonstrated my usual levels of imperfection,
having a chocolate 'incident'. This happens to everyone at some stage and the important thing is that I got right back on
that slippery BFL wagon and it didn't harm my results. I drank about 1.5L of water a day.
